Free Form Fibers contributed as co-author to a paper led by Oak Ridge National Laboratory titled “Additive Manufacturing of Silicon Carbide for Nuclear Applications” published in the Journal of Nuclear Materials in the January, 2021 Issue. The authors, Takaaki Koyanagi, Kurt Terrani, Shay Harrison, Jian Liu, and Yutai Katoh, examine different additive manufacturing-based technologies, including LCVD, for fabricating silicon carbide products that can be used in nuclear applications.
