Jillian McGrath

Jillian joined Free Form Fibers in September 2026 as a Research Scientist, where she focuses on research and development projects and the development of innovative materials and products.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from SUNY Oswego in 2018 and her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University at Buffalo in 2024. Her professional experience spans research and product development within the pressure-sensitive tape industry, where she focused on developing materials and solutions for high-temperature applications.

Outside of work, Jillian enjoys traveling, collecting records, football season & the Bills, and all things Halloween.
