Chuck Lester

Program Manager

Chuck is a seasoned engineering and program management leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex technical, operational, and infrastructure projects. He specializes in program execution, engineering operations, product development, testing, and project leadership across nuclear, manufacturing, and research environments.

Chuck graduated from Clarkson University in 2005 with a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management. After graduation, he worked in various construction related fields before returning to school in 2011 to earn his M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (GA Tech). Since graduating, he has worked as a Laboratory Manager for Saint-Gobain leading product development initiatives and has held various roles for the Naval Nuclear Laboratory.Chuck joined Free Form Fibers in May, 2026 as a Program Manager and is focused on developing R&D projects for commercialization.

Outside of work, Chuck enjoys triathlons, woodworking and metalworking.
